A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS ON TURNOVER INTENTION

The study aimed to examine past publication trends for turnover intention over 39 (thirty-nine) years (1982 2021). Bibliometric analysis was conducted through the searching method on Scopus database. search string database systematically. A total of 2215 documents were identified and screened scope this study. Data screening performed, no duplicates found in document list. Therefore, 445 removed. 1770 published articles analysed using Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer, Harzing’s Publish or Perish. revealed that intentions displays an increasing trend annually. majority are English, whereas United States America (USA) generated highest number publications.
